Charlotte Ryan Speaks at Leicestershire Business Voice’s Inaugural “Savouries and Stories” Event |
Charlotte Ryan was honoured to be invited by the Leicestershire Business Voice board to speak at the first Savouries and Stories event, held at the renowned Chutney Ivy Restaurant & Bar. The evening brought together an inspiring mix of business owners, leaders and professionals from across the region, each sharing their personal journeys and insights. Charlotte shared her own story, reflecting on the experiences that shaped her path and the work she now leads in health, wellbeing and holistic support. The event provided a meaningful platform for connection, learning and community, and Charlotte valued the opportunity to contribute alongside such accomplished speakers. Charitable Trustee appointment |
Charlotte Ryan – Trustee, Spring 2025 |
At 14, Charlotte experienced homelessness through no fault of her own. At 16, she was signposted to the Falcon Support Services where she found the stability and tailored support she needed to complete her A levels. Since then, Charlotte has earned a First-Class Degree in Business and Economics, built a loving family life with two children, and developed a successful career in health and wellbeing. Her appointment as a Trustee in Spring 2025 reflects her deep commitment to giving back to the organisation that supported her at a pivotal time in her life. “Falcon gave me the stability to complete my studies and build a meaningful future. I’ll always be grateful.” Charlotte is connected with a number of charities promoting health, wellbeing and mental service support across the country. |

Yoga workshops |
I have practiced yoga at the Origym workshops at the South Bank Club in London. It was inspiring to see so many individuals benefit from the power of yoga and the positive impact it can have on both physical and emotional wellbeing. I encourage anyone interested in exploring these benefits to take the first step and experience how yoga can support their overall health. |
