As we step into this fresh chapter, many of us are tempted by the allure of quick fixes and fast results. However, let’s be honest: real change takes time and genuine investment.
If you're tired of the "New Year, New Me" mantra that promises instant transformation, I’m here to tell you that lasting change is possible, but it requires the right support and commitment. Whether you’re struggling with sugar or alcohol addictions, navigating relationships, or seeking techniques for confidence, ADHD, anxiety, phobias and better sleep, I can help you on your journey to wellness.
I understand the feelings of shame, guilt, and helplessness that can accompany these struggles. You may often wonder, "Why can’t things just work out for me?" or feel out of control in your life.
Remember, you are not alone in this; your feelings are valid, and it’s not your fault. You deserve to heal and love yourself. Imagine the relief of knowing you have something scheduled in your diary, a step towards the change you seek.
I am currently fully booked until the end of February, but I encourage you to reach out and secure a spot on my waiting list.
Together, we will navigate the path to self-compassion, love, and kindness, prioritising your health and well-being. This year can be different—let’s transform your life together, as true success starts with a nurturing relationship with yourself.
Don’t let another year slip by without taking action. If what you’ve tried in the past hasn’t led to the change you desire, now is the time to embrace the power of hypnotherapy, which creates change at a subconscious level for lasting results. Your journey towards a happier and healthier life begins here.
I’ve received valuable feedback from several clients expressing a desire to switch to in-person therapy and access support on a more regular basis, including group coaching calls. To ensure that my services align with your needs and preferences, I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to complete the short survey below.
Your input is essential in helping me provide the best support possible!

I was recently interviewed by Alex Smith, Discover Phenomenal as part of his Interviewing the Greats series.

Being sugar-free allows you to feel energised and it makes you want to move your body; but not to control your weight but because you can and enjoy it!
And it's hard to believe it's been nearly 6 months since we opened the doors to our cosy yoga studio in Thurmaston! I couldn't be prouder of the incredible progress our yogis have made in their practice and confidence.
Our studio is a little haven, where you can nurture your mind, body, and soul. A huge shout out to all who have joined me on this journey—your dedication inspires me every day!
If you're looking for a welcoming space to deepen your practice, I warmly invite you to come and experience the magic with us.
